How do I pay?

What are the payment options?

ANSWER
Bank transfer / Credit Card / Cheque / Money Order. Please use your invoice number as the reference. Cash payments are not accepted.

How often do I pay?

ANSWER
An invoice will be forwarded every four weeks for $44 (4 sessions). Payment will be applied to the next four sessions offered at the centre. There is a four-week break each year over December and January. You won’t receive an invoice during this time.

How much does it cost?

ANSWER
$11 per session per child. Additional siblings playing at the same time play for $7.70 per child.

Sibling discounts

ANSWER
If you require a sibling discount, please contact us so we can update your invoices.

If my child misses a session do I have to pay?

ANSWER
If your child has missed a session, and you tell us about it, we will adjust your next available invoice to account for the missed session. You must tell us if your child has missed a session, because we do not automatically adjust invoices.

Account reconciliation: Your child did not attend some sessions

ANSWER
At the end of each calendar year, or if you cancel your enrolment, we will reconcile your account. We will match the amount you have paid with the number of sessions your child has attended. If our reconciliation reveals that you have paid for more sessions than your child attended, a credit note will be applied to your account. This credit note can be used towards our goods and services.

Credit note: Terms of use

ANSWER
If our account reconciliation reveals that you have paid for more sessions than your child attended, we will issue your account with a credit note. You can use the credit note on your account to purchase goods and services from us. The credit note cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

Account reconciliation: You have underpaid

ANSWER
At the end of each calendar year, or if you cancel your enrolment, we will reconcile your account. We will match the amount you have paid with the number of sessions your child has attended. If our reconciliation reveals that your child attended more sessions than you paid for, a final invoice for payment will be sent to you.

Do I need to re-register each year?

ANSWER
No. Registration is continuous from year to year, unless you advise our office that you are no longer participating.

How do I cancel my child’s registration?

ANSWER
Send us an email to info@gingersport.com.au or call our office on 3890 3338. (Please do not leave messages with childcare staff or with our coaches.) Once we are notified, we will cancel your recurring invoice, and your child will not attend further unpaid sessions. We will then reconcile your account.

Understanding which sessions you have paid for

If you wish to know which sessions your payments have been applied to, please contact us.

How long am I signing up for?

ANSWER
Once you register, your enrolment is continuous. However, you may cancel at any time by contacting us. Our childcare program is run continually each year from mid-January to mid-December, excluding public holidays.
